What’s the load capacity of your jack stands?

We offer 3-Ton and 6-Ton options. Lifting range is 11.4"-16.8", with a large saddle surface for stable load support.

Which vehicles are compatible with your jack stands?

They fit small cars, sedans, SUVs, vans, pickups, and more—ideal for various vehicle maintenance tasks.

How do the jack stands ensure safety?

They have a self-locking forged iron ratchet rod and a large concave top saddle. The ratchet locks when the handle is lowered, and the saddle ensures secure load contact.

Can a hydraulic floor jack be used as a jack stand?

No. Hydraulic floor jacks (e.g., our 3-ton model) are for lifting only, not long-term load holding. Always use dedicated jack stands for safety.

Are your jacks easy to carry and durable?

Yes. The scissor jack is 7.05 lbs (3.2 kg) with thickened cold-rolled steel. Jack stands feature a heavy steel pyramid base and industrial welding for durability.

How to adjust the height of the jack stands?

Use the multi-position serrated ratchet bar (cast ductile iron). Adjust height by moving the handle upward, then lower it to lock in place.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The time it takes for our customers to receive an order depends entirely on the locale, the shipping method chosen and the date the order was made. We advise customers to take a look at our Shipping Terms page, this contains a breakdown of our shipping methods and how long each will take to deliver the product to you.

Please be aware that the stated delivery times, although often accurate, do vary depending on delays within the postal system. Any delays that occur during transit are entirely down to the postal service in charge of delivering the parcel.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can also log in to your account to view order status.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging.  We cannot accept returns on used Jack stands for safety and sanitation reasons. Initiate a return by [email protected] our support team.

My Jack stands arrived damaged. What should I do?

We rigorously quality-check all products, but defects can rarely happen. Please contact our After-Sales Support team immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will swiftly send a replacement or provide a refund.
